Smoothie bowl with all your favs in 1!

The food-in-a-bowl trend, we are hyped about this stuff !  It’s  kind of a no-brainer meal; Ideal when we don’t want to (or even more often) be able to figure out what to eat today. 3 times a day we all face this situation dear people! And if the choice is too difficult to make, we simply choose a breakfast bowl, lunch bowl, sushi bowl, salad bowl… bowls all the way! Fortunately, we usually have everything in stock for this bowl with peanutbutter and banana.


During an intense week of work it’s even better that you can just find all the ingredients in your kitchen cupboard; cinnamon, peanut butter, and banana should be in bulk for everyone!

And THAT makes this smoothie bowl really zero IQ proof. You ‘ll be ready even faster than preparing your regular sandwich with pre-cut cheese. What does it take? Two simple steps.

Aside a heavy working week, this smoothie bowl with peanut butter and banana is also super convenient before or after that monstrous workout. The combination of peanut butter and banana is a hallelujah moment itself, and also the basis of your guilt-free lifestyle. THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED (for 1 person)
  • 1 banana
  • 150 ml Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or soy yogurt
  • 1 large tablespoon of 100% peanut butter (or make your own healthy peanut butter or nut butter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings
  • Crumbled (chocolate) banana bread
  • Walnuts or other healthy nuts
  • Chocolate chips
  1. Put the banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and “dairy” of your choice in the blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl et voilà, your smoothie bowl is ready.


Sprinkle your smoothie bowl with the crumbled banana bread, walnuts or other nuts of your choice and chocolate chips. And it’s done.

TIP: Do you prefer to take your time in the morning and do you feel like giving this smoothie bowl a hinge of magic? Then finish off with banana bread crumble from the oven. Delicious as a luxury topping.

Add a handful of oatmeal to your smoothie bowl. This keeps saturated for at least an extra hour;)
