THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED (for 1 person)

  • 150 ml
    Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or soy yogurt
  • 1
    large tablespoon of 100% peanut butter (or make your own healthy peanut butter or nut butter)
  • 1 tsp
  • Toppings
  • Crumbled (chocolate) banana bread
  • Walnuts or other healthy nuts
  • Chocolate chips


  1. Put the banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and “dairy” of your choice in the blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl et voilà, your smoothie bowl is ready.


Do you prefer to take your time in the morning and do you feel like giving this smoothie bowl a hinge of magic? Then finish off with banana bread crumble from the oven. Delicious as a luxury topping.
